Each year, roughly 100 SUNY career office professionals gather for our annual conference to discuss best practices, earn continuing education credits, and network with colleagues and employers/sponsors/vendors alike. 

SUNYCDO offers a diverse and flexible selection of sponsorship and vendor options. A conference sponsorship is an excellent way to stand out, maximize your exposure, and be recognized among the 64 SUNY campuses. Please see below for sponsorship and exhibitor options. 

 

 

Dinner Sponsorship (2 available) $4,000:

  • Opportunity to provide a brief overview (10-15 minutes) of the product or employer during one of the dinners 

  • Full-page advertisement in the conference program

  • Recognition on PowerPoint slides and promotional signage at dinner 

  • 2 representatives may attend the conference at no additional cost

Happy Hour Sponsorship (2 available) $2500:

  • Promotional signage at one of two social networking events

  • Provided with 25 drink tickets/chips to give away to conference attendees

  • Full-page advertisement in the digital conference program

  • 1 representative may attend the conference at no additional cost 
     

Technology Sponsorship (multiple available) $1,000:

  • Recognition on PowerPoint slides 

  • Opportunity to provide brief overview (5-10 minutes) of product/employer during the Technology Solutions session

  • Recognition on PowerPoint slides prior to & following all concurrent sessions

  • Half-page advertisement in the digital conference program

  • 1 representative may attend the conference at no additional cost

 

Keynote Sponsorship (2 available) $2,000:

  • Opportunity to provide brief overview (5 minutes) of product/employer prior to one of the keynote speakers

  • Recognition on PowerPoint slides & promotional signage prior to keynote 

  • Half-page advertisement in the digital conference program

  • 1 representative may attend the conference at no additional cost

Lunch Sponsorship (2 available) $3,000:

  • Opportunity to provide brief overview (5-10 minutes) of product/employer prior to one of the lunches

  • Half-page advertisement in the digital conference program

  • Recognition on PowerPoint slides and promotional signage at lunch 

  • 1 representative may attend the conference at no additional cost
